Phoenix Program

Phoenix Program

This program's focus is complete behavior modification. In order for a student who has had serious results from their poor behavior choices, is we must guide them into finding replacement behaviors.

Imagine a person attempting to quit smoking cigarettes, their treatments usually involves a patch that weans them off of the cigarettes, along with chewing gum for oral stimulation that is lost with the absence of cigarettes. Then they stay away from others who smoke, to ensure there are no relapses. Behavior is the same way. The child needs the same support system, as well as guidance the helps them to continue to be successful with behavior change. They need replacement behaviors, an opportunity to find and establish new friendships (which is often the hardest part for teens), and support and encouragement from you through out the process.

We know that it requires more than our 21 day camp program to put your child back on the right track, and we encourage our parents to prepare during that time, for their child's return home. We send literature, and offer our support during that time, so that you and your child are well prepared to begin your new journey.
